Letting go Sometimes things simply arise, without you having a predetermined plan for it. Do you know how liberating this can be? To not stay within the lines, not work according to a plan and staying far away from perfection… The artwork below suddenly came into existence while I was busy creating the paintings for my new collection. It was almost like a gift with a deeper layer. The artwork has a bit of every new painting in it, creating a whole new piece in and of itself. As a matter of fact, it is like the physical connection between the paintings. The mother of the whole.
